In your first session, you will learn the basic tapping technique (the EFT “Basic Recipe”) so that you may continue your work at home at your convenience. In each session many topics will be addressed, but you should continue to work by yourself as often as possible. This is an easy and inexpensive way to “get your feet wet” with EFT and to learn to tap on your own.
